Internship Program

As an empowered company, Aptronics provides an opportunity on an annual basis to a number of previously disadvantaged individuals to receive training and mentorship at Aptronics in all fields of the business. This program is part of the HP Business Institute initiative, and provides learners with the opportunity to gain work experience in their selected field while also receiving theoretical training from HP and ISETT SETA recognised leaning institutes.
As evidence of our commitment to this program, in addition to offering learners real world work experience, we also have a proud history of employing a number of the next generation of Aptronics engineers from this program.

Employee Development

The Aptronics Group enjoys a high level of skills retention mainly through encouraging personal development and linking personal growth to growth within the company. Personal development is encouraged through certification in a range of IT and business related fields. Employees, once certified, are then encouraged to apply their skills and experience on real world projects and engagements.

Progress is monitored and evaluated on a regular basis allowing employee development to progress in a measured and meaningful way within Aptronics.
